John NEOCLEOUS is the Founder and Managing Partner of NCI Law Group. He holds an LLB from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom, a Master of Philosophy in International Criminal Law from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom, and a Diploma in European Law and Human Rights from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
John NEOCLEOUS has lectured and published extensively in the areas of human rights, international tax and commercial law, and international criminal law. John NEOCLEOUS has practiced internationally for more than 20 years, with an emphasis on fraud and commercial disputes. He is an active member of several professional organisations, including the International Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, Cyprus Bar Association, the American Bar association, the Bar Council and the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales, and is registered at the Vaud bar in Switzerland. He joined Helvetica Avocats as attorney-at-law of counsel in July 2016.
